Services:

The customer can amend a Flexible booking 48hrs before the departure day. No return date will be modified once the vehicle has been dropped off with the service provider. If the customer stays longer than pre-booked days, then he/she will incur an additional charge as per the standard tariff for the carpark. The customer will be prompted for an extra payment at the exit barrier in case of Park and Ride / On Airport Parking and will be need to pay using the Chip & Pin device. In case of Meet and Greet, the customer will be charged by the driver on the return day.

Insurance

Chauffeurs are comprehensively insured to drive your car. Cars are stored subject to the car park's terms and conditions.

Restrictions

Please note that the Meteor Parking car park has a vehicle height restriction of 2.1m (7ft) and does not accept the following vehicles: mini-buses, high-sided vehicles, mobile homes, Lorries, caravans or vehicles with trailers (The car park does not accept long-wheel-based or extended-wheel-based vans).

*Please take this into account if you have a roof luggage box installed on your vehicle*

There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for Non Flex Brand.

As the company cannot verify what items are left in your vehicle, we would kindly request that you remove any loose items such as Sat Navs, loose cash, sunglasses etc, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER

On Arrival

Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) looks after the vehicle, while parked in their secured car park compound. You need to follow the instructions below for Park and Ride/ Meet and Greet service on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made. NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.

Arrival Procedure:

If you arrive outside booked time you will met by the next available driver.

Directions

  • SOUTH TERMINAL OUTBOUND: Call the driver, 10 mins prior to arrival. Follow signs to Passenger Drop Off(ground level - Approved Operators) & our driver will be waiting for you. DO NOT ENTER SHORT STAY CAR PARKS. 
     
  • NORTH TERMINAL OUTBOUND: Call the driver, 10 mins prior to arrival. Keep right, follow signs Approved Operator lane where driver will meet you at far end.

On Return

  • SOUTHTERMINAL INBOUND: A no waiting policy is in place. Collect luggage, clear customs, call the driver. Exit building on ground floor & follow signs Approved Operator Bay where driver will be waiting.
     
  • NORTH TERMINAL INBOUND: A no waiting policy is in force. Collect luggage, clear customs, call the driver. Exit on ground floor & wait in Approved Operator Bay opposite Premier Inn.
