"We had booked Meet and Greet parking to enable us to have a smooth, quick and easy arrival at the airport before a long journey. On arrival, having followed all of the instructions on the booking information we were faced with a car park that was full into which we were expected to drop our car. The 'allocated' bays for us were full, and the whole area had ground to a halt as there were too many cars for the space. Once we eventually found somewhere to park the car (not the allocated spaces but elsewhere), we then had to queue in order to check our car in and hand over the keys. In total, it took us approximately 30-40 minutes to 'drop' our car off; far from the quick and easy process we were expecting to get. We have booked similar services at many other airports before and have never known something so disorganised and time consuming. The net result was, we were late entering the terminal, which also had building work being completed, and struggled to get through security before our flight began to board. The whole experience, parking and airport, was a shambles. We will certainly not be using this when we travel in the future. "
