"Took a while maybe ten minutes to drop off the car as the valet car park was full , but once that was done it as pretty straight forward. On collection , we phoned the telephone number provided when we collected our bags and the car was there by the time we walked the short distance to the valet car park. ( the car had not been washed as promised though)"

"On arrival had to ask the operator to be careful not to bang car doors, he was banging the doors of an expensive looking Mercedes off my car. On return we called as soon as we collected out bags but had to wait in the car park for a while until the car was returned it was longer than the 15 minutes suggested. Staff were friendly on return, more so than when we arrived."

"Quite impressed with the pro e versus parking myself and the fact it is right at the door however I had to wait for my car for a while and if it was rainine there's no shelter so I was literally stood in the middle of the car park. When it arrived it was really dirty. The guy had tried to hose it off with sone water and had acknowledged this but it hadn't helped. I'd had it cleaned before so bit annoying I clung muddy mats I side so you could use paper covers and make sure the car is returned as it is left...."

"Not great. Drop off fine. On pick up 30 minutes waiting for car just too long. Website says cars kept on airport but on closer look asterisk says ask which airports, def not Bhm as driver blamed traffic. Also surprised someone's phone paired with my car, radio reset, mirrors and all seat adjustments changed so I do wonder how far it had gone. Wouldn't use again"
