"The office lost our keys on arrival. Waited an extra 4 hours at airport for replacement. Manager Paul promised several times to refund my charges but has failed to do so. Inconvenienced our onward journey and now they act like they did us a favour by replacing the key. Will never ever use again. Cheap prices but along comes cheap service..."
