"In phone call before arrival was 'upgraded' to Meet and Greet. Wary about this in that handing over key to a total stranger. On return telephoned number given. Call was within 15 mins of estimated arrival time. Went to message 'this number unavailable'. Minutes of sheer panic!! Phone was eventually answered and car was brought to terminal."
