"We used this car park service in the past and been happy. This time at arrival they didn't have our booking in the system so had to manually put all the info into the computer but it was swiftly done all I had to do is show them booking reference number. And some details. You need to pay 2 quid per person for return minibus shuttle when dropping your car so bear that in mind that you have your change. It's 5mins ride and they drop you off just outside radisson hotel there's another 3-5 mins walk to the main building not far at all and you won't get wet the path is covered. On the way back ring the number they give you and they'll pick you up from the same place. As easy as that.it can get very busy so this minibus goes backwards and forwards so just need to be patient if it's not there right away. All in all good"

"The parking sub contractor had no record of me or my car on arrival, even though we had paid in advance and had a confirmation e-mail and a booking reference from Simply Park. After a delay, they agreed to park the car and take us to the terminal but something had clearly gone wrong with Simply Park's system."

"Even though some aspects of Peak parking are wonderful and indeed my departure and arrival were so much smoother, I can’t say that I had a great experience overall. On my departure I was asked for £2 for the bus fare even though the confirmation email states Bus Transfer FREE. It’s a small thing but makes you distrust a company who say something that they don’t keep to. Secondly and most importantly, I arrived to a car that was left in Reverse gear and my right window would not work! It looks like more than a coincidence that mysteriously my window stopped working exactly when my car was left at Peak Parking. Car being left in Reverse gear also indicates carelessness by whoever parked it. I will write a separate email regarding this so this is addressed by management. Really a shame as the concept is great and if it wasn’t for this I would for sure recommend and use again but now it will depend on how this issue is handled by the company."
