"Very happy with the service. Drop off was very straight forward. The agent was there when we arrived and was very professional and friendly. Collection was also good. Didn’t have to wait long for the car and a different agent who delivered the car was also very professional and friendly. A bonus… I forgot to empty the car of any small valuables and everything was still there when I collected the car, so they are honest too! No complaints at all… "
