Vehicle Restrictions:

Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long).
Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with service provider prior to the drop off date.
Service provider is unable to transport bikes, surfboards or items similar to size on the coaches. Snowboards/skis are acceptable.
Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

Stansted is directly accessible from the M11. Use junction 8 if travelling from Cambridge in the North and junction 8 if travelling from London in the South. Choose post code CM24 1RW if using satnav.

On Arrival

Arrival Instructions

Dropping-off your car with I Love Meet and Greet is easy: When you are 10 minutes from the airport, call I Love Meet and Greet to confirm your arrival. Follow signs to the Express Set Down area outside the terminal and proceed to Zone C. An I Love Meet and Greet chauffeur will meet you and take your vehicle. Hand over your keys and make your way to the terminal, your car will be parked for you. Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete the vehicle hand over before heading to the terminal.

Directions

Whichever route you’re taking in Essex to arrive at Stansted Airport, be sure to give I Love Meet & Greet a call ten minutes before you arrive, just to ensure that your vehicle can be ready and waiting. Once you find yourself on the approach to the airport and its various parking options, keep your eyes peeled for the Express Set Down, which will take you to the parking bays outside the terminal.

From the M11:

Leave at Junction 8/8a.

Follow the road onto the A120.

On the roundabout, take the third exit following the A120.

Keep left and exit on the slip road up to the Bassingbourn roundabout, take the second exit.

Take the third exit on the next roundabout.

On Return

Return Instructions

Collecting your car couldn’t be easier: Once you have cleared customs and collected your luggage, call I Love Meet and Greet. Follow the instructions provided on the call and head to the designated meeting point. Your chauffeur will meet you and return your vehicle on the forecourt in Zone C. Prices quoted include a £10 airport access booking fee, however you will be liable to pay the exit fee online. Please note you have only 10 minutes to exit before the charges increase.
