"I booked - and paid for - a park and wash. When I picked up my car it was a filthy as when I left it. The service I had booked was therefore not delivered and the guy who brought back my park - while very polite - said that the wash had not been booked. He said this would have been the fault of you guys. I would be grateful if you wouldn't mind please refunding the cost of the wash to my card. Other than this (extremely annoying) point....the service was good. Best adam"
