Directions

1. Our Premium Meet & Greet service is conveniently located right opposite the entry to airport check-in.
2. From the A1, take the A696 to Newcastle Airport (approximately 3 miles).
3. When you approach the airport roundabout, take the 2nd exit.
4. At the next roundabout take the first exit and follow the signs to the Premium Meet & Greet facility. 
5. At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit into the Premium Meet & Greet car park.

On Arrival

Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) looks after the vehicle, while parked in their secured car park compound. You need to follow the instructions below for Park and Ride/ Meet and Greet service on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made.

NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.​

Arrival Procedure:

It's just a short, sheltered walk to the terminal building, so no need to worry about airport transfers.

• Walking time 2 minutes
• Walk to terminal
• Upon arrival at the Premium Meet & Greet car park, our photographic booths will record the condition of your vehicle. 
• Drive towards the customer service centre and park up in a drop-off bay near to the Customer Services building.
• One of our representatives will greet you upon arrival, to check your vehicle in and issue a receipt.
• You can then make the 2 minute walk to the airport check-in using our sheltered walkway.

On Return

Return Procedure:

• Upon return, proceed back to our customer service centre located just opposite the airport arrivals point.
• Our representative will be awaiting your arrival with your keys ready.
• Your vehicle will be parked in a marked bay ready for collection.
• On exiting the car park, proceed through the photographic booth, then exit the car park turning left towards the airport exit, ready for your journey home.
