Directions
Manchester is directly accessible from junction 5 on the M56 which in turn is connected to the M6 and M60 for ease of access when travelling both North and South. Choose post code M90 1QX when using satnav.
On Arrival
Directions
From the M60 (Anti-clockwise):
- Exit at Junction 5, then leave at the second junction signed A560.
- At the roundabout, turn left (signed Sharston).
- Go straight on at the next roundabout, then take the next left into Sharston Industrial Estate.
- Take the first left and you’ll find the car park on the right at the very end of the road.
From the M60 (Clockwise):
- Exit at Junction 4 onto the M56.
- Exit at Junction 2 (signed Wythenshawe).
- At the roundabout, go right into Sharston Industrial Estate.
- Take the first left and the car park is on the right at the very end of the road.
From the M6 (Cheshire):
- Join the M56 and exit at Junction 3A signed A560.
- Turn right onto the A560 and continue straight over the next roundabout.
- At the following roundabout, turn left into Sharston Industrial Estate.
- Take the first left and the car park is on the right at the very end of the road.
Arrival Instructions
Using APH Manchester Park and Ride is easy: Drive to the entry barrier at the very end of the road (on the right). The barrier will open automatically as you approach. Park in one of the marked arrival bays, then head to reception. Hand over your keys and hop on the quick transfer bus to the airport. Please allow enough time for check-in and transfer.
Transfer Details
Transfers run 24/7, every 15 minutes. Journey time: approx. 10 minutes. Please allow extra time for possible airport roadway congestion.
On Return
Return Instructions
Picking up your car is just as easy: Once you’ve landed at Manchester Airport, call or text APH to let us know you’ve arrived. Head to the APH bus stop just outside your terminal. Take the short transfer ride back to the car park. Collect your keys from reception and you’ll be ready to drive away.
