Our service providers do provides On and Off Gatwick Airport parking facilities. Which includes security at the parking compound: 24-hour security patrols, CCTV and perimeter fencing.
Service Provider's bus service runs every 10-15 minutes.
The Car Park operates a 24 hour customer reception and provides complimentary shuttle bus transfers to the Airport terminal.

With this service simply park your car at designated sercured compound when you leave, taking their fast and efficient transfers to the Airport.

On Departure please proceed to service provider Reception.
On your return your car will be delivered back to you at the Short Stay Car Park by a fully insured Driver.
Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long).
Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with service provider prior to the drop off date.
Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.
Service provider is unable to transport bikes, surfboards or items similar to size on the coaches. Snowboards/skis are acceptable.
Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has, a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal.
If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, the service provider will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

Gatwick is 28 miles (45km) south of London, linked directly to the M23 at Junction 9 and to the A23 London-Brighton road.
The M25 is a ten-minute drive away (Junction 7), providing connections to the national road and motorway network.
No refunds are available for unused part stays.
All Bookings Fees, MMS Charges and Cancellation Service Charges are non-refundable.
Non Flexible products: Dates and times cannot be amended. No refund upon cancellation and no exceptions to this rule
Cancellation Notice for Flex Booking only:
Cancellation cover for £1.50 doesn't apply for this booking, so if you wish to cancel the booking then do so 2 days before the drop off date.
If you give us a less than 2 days (48 hour from drop off date) notice, then there will be no cancellation or refund.
More than above notice periods, all cancelled bookings are subject to a 15.00 GBP admin charge.

As the company cannot verify what items are left in your vehicle, we would kindly request that you remove any loose items such as Sat Navs, loose cash, sunglasses etc, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER.
Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) looks after the vehicle, while parked in their secured car park compound. You need to follow the instructions below for Park and Ride/ Meet and Greet service on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made. NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. Meet and greet couldn’t be easier: When you are ten minutes away call the APH Meet & Greet Forecourt team on the number provided. Drive to the designated meeting point. A uniformed I Love Meet and Greet chauffeur will be waiting to take your car. Head into the terminal and enjoy your holiday. Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete the vehicle hand over before heading to the terminal.
If you are using the M23 turn off at Junction 9 or follow signs to your departure terminal. On arrival, follow these instructions:
North Terminal: Follow signs to ‘Passenger Drop Off’ at North Terminal and keep in the right hand lane. Go to the far end using the lane closest to the Sofitel/Premier inn where an I Love Meet and Greet uniformed driver will meet you in the Approved Operator bay. Postcode: RH6 0PJ
South Terminal: Follow signs to ‘Passenger Drop Off’ at South Terminal and keep in the right hand lane. Head to the far end where an I Love Meet and Greet Uniformed driver will meet you in the Approved Operator lane. Postcode: RH6 0NP
Picking up your car is just as easy: Call the APH Meet & Greet Forecourt team on the number provided as you collect your luggage. Walk to the terminal forecourt. Your car will be waiting and ready to go. After calling ILMAG, please proceed directly to your vehicle collection to avoid any potential charges.
