Gatwick Airport Parking

Our service providers do provides On and Off  Gatwick Airport parking facilities. Which includes security at the parking compound: 24-hour security patrols, CCTV and perimeter fencing. 

Park and Ride

Service Provider's bus service runs every 10-15 minutes.
The Car Park operates a 24 hour customer reception and provides complimentary shuttle bus transfers to the Airport terminal. 
Service Providers provide safe and reliable parking for vehicles

Meet and Greet:

Chauffeur will meet you at the terminal building at the designated area to collect your car. 
He will then photograph your car and drive it to our parking compound nearby. 
When you return from your trip our chauffeur returns your car to you at the terminal.

One Way Meet and Greet

With this service simply park your car at designated sercured compound when you leave, taking their fast and efficient transfers to the Airport. 
Assistance is available for disabled drivers and passengers. Please contact Call Centre for more information.
On Departure please proceed to service provider Reception.  
On your return your car will be delivered back to you at the Short Stay Car Park by a fully insured Driver.

Vehicle Restrictions:

Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long).
Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with service provider prior to the drop off date.
Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.
Service provider is unable to transport bikes, surfboards or items similar to size on the coaches. Snowboards/skis are acceptable.
Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.

Illegal Vehicles:

It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has, a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal.
If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, the service provider will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund.

Gatwick Airport Directions:

Gatwick is 28 miles (45km) south of London, linked directly to the M23 at Junction 9 and to the A23 London-Brighton road.
The M25 is a ten-minute drive away (Junction 7), providing connections to the national road and motorway network.

Cancellation Notice:

  • No refunds are available for unused part stays.
  • All Bookings Fees, MMS Charges and Cancellation Service Charges are non-refundable.
  • Non Flexible products:      Dates and times cannot be amended. No refund upon cancellation and no exceptions to this rule

          Cancellation Notice for Flex Booking only:

  • Cancellation cover for £1.50 doesn't apply for this booking, so if you wish to cancel the booking then do so 2 days before the drop off date.
  • If you give us a less than 2 days (48 hour from drop off date) notice, then there will be no cancellation or refund.
  • More than above notice periods, all cancelled bookings are subject to a 15.00 GBP admin charge.

NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.

The telephone number and all other information of Parking will be provided via Booking Confirmation Email.

As the company cannot verify what items are left in your vehicle, we would kindly request that you remove any loose items such as Sat Navs, loose cash, sunglasses etc, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER.

On Arrival

Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) looks after the vehicle, while parked in their secured car park compound. You need to follow the instructions below for Park and Ride/ Meet and Greet service on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made. NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.

Arrival Procedure:

Address: Snowhill, Copthorne West Sussex, RH10 3EQ

Directions: 

  • FROM M25: Exit the M25 at Junction 7 (signposted Gatwick) and join the M23 southbound.
  • Exit the M23 at Junction 10 (DO NOT take the Junction 9 exit to Gatwick).
  • From the slip road at Junction 10 turn immediately left onto the A264 heading towards East Grinstead.
  • Follow this road to the roundabout and take the 2nd exit staying on the A264.
  • Carry on to the second roundabout and takethe 2nd exit, keeping the Dukes Head Restaurant on your right.
  • Continue on for three quarters of a mile until you seethe large Shell Petrol Station on your right.
  • Turn into the petrol station forecourt and the entrance to APH is clearly signposted.

With this service simply park your car at APH when you leave, taking their fast and efficient transfers to the Airport.

On Departure please proceed to APH Gatwick and check in at Reception. Height Restriction is 6ft 6ins. 

On Return

  • On your return your car will be delivered back to you at the Short Stay Car Park by a fully insured APH Driver.
  • Please note that we can only return vehicles to the airport that carry a valid tax disc.
  • The customer can amend a Flexible booking 48hrs before the departure day. No return date will be modified once the vehicle has been dropped off with the service provider. If the customer stays longer than pre-booked days, then he/she will incur an additional charge as per the standard tariff for the carpark. The customer will be prompted for an extra payment at the exit barrier in case of Park and Ride / On Airport Parking and will be need to pay using the Chip & Pin device. In case of Meet and Greet, the customer will be charged by the driver on the return day.
