"Drop off was fine although the parking area surface was bad and difficult to whelp luggage. Pickup was the worst meet and greet service o have encountered. It took over 35 minutes and more than 3 calls to get my car. The whole point of meet and greet is to speed up the process of parking. That's what you pay a premium for. "
