"Meet & Greet! Meet was good, greet was poor, I know there’s cost involved in getting the car there for when you arrive but we had to wait 20 minutes or more for the car to arrive despite calling before the allocated 15 minutes. Would prefer to pay a little more and have the car actually there ready to depart if that’s what it takes for a good service!"
