"This was the worst meet and greet I have ever used. We waited almost an hour on the 3rd floor of the multi storey car park, absolutely freezing. You really have to look at your organisation, I know there is a lot of changes at Luton, but you still took my money for a service you didn't supply. Sandra Lowdon "
