"20 minute wait for pick up and the driver didn't offer any help with loading luggage into the mini bus which wasn't very helpful."

"Best service I have ever had when leaving my car at airport. Staff are friendly, car drop and pick up is bang on car left right by coach pick up and on the return my was also right by coach drop off and great value for money. I will be recommending simply park and ride. Thank you so much great service "

"The driver seemed to be in a rush. There was a incident on the way to airport someone was in the wrong lane so minibus driver beeped horn and was right up the back of the driver. Once again on way back he was driving close to other cars. "

"When I arrived I was greeted straight away by one of your staff, I had to wait a few minuets for the bus and the delivered straight to the drop off point.. On my return the bus came quickly I was the first at the pickup point but didn’t get on the bus with about 6 others but the driver phoned your office and another bus was there in minuets.. A very good service"

"Great in all respects but please change the sign to read what you're actually called. Spent 20 minutes driving up and down looking for Simply Park and Ride. Apparently it happens a lot, an easy fix!!"

"The overall experience was good but the actual car park is really difficult to find. The postcode given did not take us there and there are no visible signs indicating the car park. Drop off and pick up at the airport was efficient and friendly."

"Be warned, there is no sign for the car park and everyone who is new will struggle to find it, particularly when it's dark. TOP TIP: it's NOT the Easy Jet staff car park or the petrol station...."

"Mostly good. The postcode wasn’t recognised so difficult to find as the written instructions not quite correct, esp re roundabouts, which led to us having to pay 3 pounds as we ended up driving through the airport. However v good on return and we will use you again"
