"The parking place could be difficult to find but the staff are friendly on the phone and happy to guide you. No delays at getting on the shuttle and called them after collecting the baggage on return, to my surprise the shuttle was waiting at the stop to take us back. On our arrival back to the car park, the car was ready to be collected. No scratches or dents. Can’t ask for more on that price."

"Arrival: Had trouble finding it in the dark, but reasonable delivery to airport. A long walk with luggage to terminal, hope this might be improved when construction work at airport is completed. Return: Involved a long wait for shuttle & no indication on phone confirmation where to wait for il, Had to make a further call to discover it was at stand furthest away from arrival point from walkway. Bit chaotic at 11pm when arriving at your car park. Given keys & told to find car, not easy in the dark. "
