"The staff were friendly and helpful. However the drop off and pick up process took a long time due to the construction works taking place around Luton Airport at present. I'm not sure Drivefly could have done much to improve this, as the work is out of their control. However this isn't necessarily a quicker option than the cheaper parking where you park off site and catch a bus in until the works are completed. "
