• Your car will be parked in a safe and secure car park which is monitored 24/7.
   
• Once the booking is completed, Simply Park and Fly will send you a confirmation email detailing your booking details, which will also include departure and arrival instructions.

MEET AND GREET PROCEDURE

• Please call Airport Parking Luton 40 minutes before the prearranged Meet and Greet meeting on the phone numbers provided in your confirmation email. It is important to make this call if you are running late or early. That way, our staff will be aware of your situation and assistance will be allocated accordingly.
   
• The driver will meet you at the airport meet and greet point. They will provide you with a parking ID and paperwork for your car before you leave. The car will then be taken to our secure carpark which is monitored 24 hours a day.
   
• You can proceed to the departure terminal.
   

COMING BACK / ARRIVAL FROM YOUR JOURNEY

• Please call us when you arrive in the baggage hall on the phone number provided in your confirmation email, this will give us ample time to ensure your vehicle is waiting for you at the agreed meeting point.
   
• We will always try to be flexible and adhere to your needs and requirements.
   
• Please note that sometimes there may be delays due to traffic.
   
• Over stay will cost the customer an additional £15.00 per extra day (will be collected by the chauffeur on the return). 

SERVICE

• We aim to provide a professional and timely service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. We keep your vehicle parked in a safe and secure location and save you a lot of time and money whilst departing or arriving back to the airport. Provided you have supplied us all the correct details, we will be there waiting for you to arrive.
   
• We can also provide a car wash & valet service, so you arrive back to a clean car to continue your journey home, please ask when you drop your car, it will cost a little extra.
   
• There is a fee set by the airport on your return, but the service provider will pay this exit fee (for first 15 mins). The customer needs to leave the car park within 15 mins and if the customer does not leave the short stay car park for any reason, then the customer is responsible for exit fee, which needs to be paid at the barrier.

Please DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES INSIDE THE VEHICLE, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER

On Arrival

• Please call the driver of Airport Parking Luton Forty minutes before arrival at Luton airport. NOTE: It’s illegal to use a phone while driving. It is the responsibility of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.
• There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for this booking
• Follow signs for Terminal car park 1-Level 3.
• Continue to Level 3 of theTerminal car park 1 when you will be met by 1 of our members of staff.

Directions to Luton Airport

• To and From the M25 : Access to London Luton Airport from the West is possible through several routes. If approaching via Dunstable, follow the airport signs. 
  Alternative approaches include travelling via M40/M25 to join the M1 and then exit via Junction 10. Exit the M25 at Junction 21 for the access to the M1.
• To and From the M1 : London Luton Airport is only 30 minutes from North London, 15 minutes from the M25 and 5 minutes from the M1.
  The airport is just two miles from the M1 motorway. Exit the M1 at Junction 10. The route to the airport is clearly signposted.
• To and From the East and A1: Access to London Luton Airport from the East and A1 is via the A505 dual carriageway through Hitchin.
  The airport lies just off the A505 and is clearly signposted.

On Return

• Please call the driver once you have collected your luggage and we will be there with your vehicle waiting for you.
• You will be met by a driver with your vehicle in the car park at the designated meet & great point which is close to the barrier at the entrance.
• Over stay will cost the customer an additional £15.00 per extra day (will be collected by the Cheauffure on the return)
