Directions

Luton Airport is directly connected to the M1 at Junction 10. If you are travelling on the M25, use Junction 10 to join the M1. Travelling from the East, the airport is best accessed via the A505 through Hitchin.

On Arrival

Transfer Details

The free transfer bus service takes only 14 minutes to reach the terminal doors and is included in the price. It runs regularly 24 hours a day. Visitors who find themselves arriving on a particularly early flight needn’t worry. A shuttle service can be arranged upon request, so no matter how late you stay or arrive, you’ll always be able to reach the terminal or car park with ease.


Arrival Instructions

On arrival to the car park: Follow the yellow signs for Airparks Self Park, its entrance is approx 300 metres after the first blue Airparks entrance. Drive into the car park and park in one of the arrival bays. A marshal will check you in and will direct you to a parking zone  Park your car and take your keys Take the shuttle bus to the terminal. Staff are on hand if you require any assistance. Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and airport transfer.


Directions

Coming from the North (M1 Southbound):


    Exit the M1 at junction 10.

    At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Airport Way (A1081).

    Stay in the left lane and follow the slip road towards St. Albans, Harpenden (A1081).

    At the roundabout, take the first exit onto London Road.

    At the next roundabout, take the second exit towards St. Albans, Harpenden (A1081).

    After approximately ¾ of a mile, turn right onto Half Moon Lane, signposted Slip End.

    Continue on Half Moon Lane, which becomes Front Street as you enter Slip End.

    At the traffic lights, go straight onto Grove Road.

    Take the first left onto the service road marked "Airparks."

    Airparks will be on the right after around 100 meters.

Coming from the South (M1 Northbound):


    Exit the M1 at junction 9.

    At the roundabout, take the first exit onto A5183 towards Dunstable.

    Continue on A5183 for about 2 miles and turn right at the traffic lights onto B4540 (Luton Road towards Luton).

    Follow B4540 for approximately 1.5 miles into Slip End village.

    At the traffic lights, turn left onto Grove Road.

    Take the first left onto the service road marked "Airparks."

    Airparks will be on the right after about 100 meters.

Airparks Luton is located just outside Junction 10 of the M1 and is only a short 14-minute transfer by bus to Luton Airport.

Return Instructions

On your return: Take the transfer bus to the car park. Get off the bus in the parking zone you parked your car in. Scan your ticket at the barrier to exit the car park. Bookings from March 1st, please head to Bus Stop E on your return.
