You need to follow the instructions below for Park and Ride/ Meet and Greet service on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made. NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.​

Call 10 minutes prior to arrival at the airport.

Directions:

• Drive straight to the Airport when you are 10 minutes away call to inform of your arrival.
• At the airportfollow the GREEN signs marked EXPRESS PARKING, TERMINAL FRONT follow the 2 lanes to the right and to the top.
• IGNORE the Premier Meet & Greet signs, this is NOT our company.
• Proceed through the 2 height restricted barriers and park anywherein this area.
• One of our representatives will come and meet you and confirm details.

• Minimum stay/charges may apply at this car park at certain times of the year.
• In order to book this service you will be required to provide the following information - Inbound & Outbound flightnumbers, car details & a contact telephone number
• Your car will be parked in a secure compound for the duration of your trip.
• This type of service is ideal for disabled passengers..

On Return

• On Return call when you are about to collect your luggage and we will bring your vehicle to the terminal fron area.
• Our representative will hand over your keys and provide you with the £3 exit fee (This allows 30 mins from the time of the vehicle entering the area.
• Please do not phone more than 10 minutes before you are ready as you will be liable for additional charges.area. 
• The customer can amend a Flexible booking 48hrs before the departure day. No return date will be modified once the vehicle has been dropped off with the service provider. If the customer stays longer than pre-booked days, then he/she will incur an additional charge as per the standard tariff for the carpark. The customer will be prompted for an extra payment at the exit barrier in case of Park and Ride / On Airport Parking and will be need to pay using the Chip & Pin device. In case of Meet and Greet, the customer will be charged by the driver on the return day.
