How to "DROP and PICK" your car

• On the day, drive will meet you at Heathrow airport Terminal.
• Please call us when you are 20 to 30 mins away from the terminal and have a Chauffeur dispatched. 
• If you are running late or early, please do keep us posted.
• Meet our Chauffeur at our designated point.
• Hand over the vehicle to our fully insured Chauffeur, sign at the paperwork and head straight into your terminal check-in desk.
• Fully insured Terminals Parking Chauffeur will drive your vehicle into our highly secured car park located just within 4 miles from the airport.
• On your safe return, we require you to call us twice, once as soon as you land and the other as soon as you collect your luggage.
• Sign the paperwork and collect your vehicle from the designated point.

Important:

ULEZ CHARGE APPLICABLE ON ALL NON-COMPLIANT VEHICLES ENTERING AND LEAVING THE AIRPORT.

• When making a booking you are required to enter the vehicle DROP off time (on your Departure from Heathrow) and the FLIGHT LANDING time for vehicle PICK up (on your Arrival at Heathrow) as we operate according to the timing you provide us.
• The booking fee includes £5.60 to cover the cost of charges now being levied by Heathrow Airport to all Meet & Greet operators. This is for the use of the forecourts at drop-off and new designated collection areas within the short term car parks.
• According to Heathrow Airport Authorities, the car park exit fee is £5.60 (15mins cost). Time starts from the time when the vehicle enters into the terminal till are leaving the terminal. On your return to the UK, if the customer leaves the Airport premises within 15 minutes of receiving/collecting the vehicle from the service provider, then the exit fee will be paid by the service provider.
• If for any personal reasons the customer stays beyond 15mins at the terminal after collecting the vehicle from the service provider on return to the UK, then the customer needs to pay the exit fee at the barrier.
• We strongly recommend our customers to call the service providers once they collect the luggage in order to avoid any extra cost on their return to the UK.

Simply Park & Fly Ltd. does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see above) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to call the service provider on your departure and return day.

Height Restriction for Heathrow short stay car park is (2.0 meters, Approx. 6 feet 6 inch)

There will be NO CANCELLATION and NO REFUND for the booking, made for the same day.

PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY VALUABLES INSIDE THE VEHICLE, IF YOU DO ON YOUR OWN RISK THEN PLEASE TAKE A RECEIPT FROM THE DRIVER

On Arrival

• On the day of departure, drive directly to your terminal at Heathrow airport and please call the driver when you are 20 to 30 mins away from the terminal. If there are any changes in the time please keep us informed. Meet our Chauffeur at our designated point.
• NOTE: It’s illegal to use phone while driving. It is the responsibilty of the driver/customer to follow the UK Driving and transport LAW and stop at a safer place to make or take a call.
• Hand over the vehicle to our fully insured Chauffer, sign the paper work and head straight into your terminal check-in desk. Fully insured Terminals Parking Chauffeur will drive your vehicle and park it in our secure location.

Directions

Terminal 2 - Postcode TW6 1EW

• From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
• Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
• Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way.
• Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way.
• On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers.
• Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark. Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B". where you will be met by TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car.

Terminal 3 - Postcode TW6 1QG

• From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road.
• Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
• Exiting the tunnel, keep in the 1st lane and follow signs for Terminal 3 Short Stay Carpark (Carpark 3).
• Take a ticket from the barrier and take your car to Level 4, then park your vehicle in ROW “A” where you will be met by TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car.

Terminal 5- Postcode TW6 2GA

• Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout.
• After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked"LEVEL 4".
• Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers. Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones R-S.
• Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as Off Airport Meet & Greet. where you will be met by TERMINALS PARKING Chauffeur to collect your car.

Simply Park & Fly Ltd does not take vehicles from any airport, instead the service provider (see below) takes the vehicle and they park to their own secured car park compound. You need to look for the driver of the service provider and call them on your departure and return day. All the instruction (telephone number as well) will be sent to your email account once the booking is made.

On Return

• ​On your safe return, please call us twice, first call as soon as you land and the second call as soon as you collect your lugguage.
• Sign the paper work and collect your vehicle from the designated point.
