"It would have been a full set of 5 stars had I not made the mistake of following the short term parking signs on Level 1 at Terminal 3. Whilst 100% my mistake, I was diverted by the bold signage and wrongly assumed that the Level 4, bays A and B, arrangement had been suspended for some reason or other. I duly discovered the error, paid £13.75 to get out of Level 1, and was welcomed by your driver who was waiting patiently for me at the right place! I wondered how many others have made the same error as me...."
