"From the call I made when 20-30 mins from the airport through to our arrival back in the UK, whole process ran very efficiently. Staff were friendly and gave clear instructions on what we were to do on our return. Car was ready waiting for us. Was clean and with no obvious scratches Well impressed as a first time customer "
