"Our arrival at terminal 3 was seamless and we were very impressed. An attendant was waiting to take our car, he had all the correct documentation and the process was very efficient. Our only comment is that on our return our flight was delayed. I called twice, as per the instructions, once when we landed and ,on the second call having collected our bags, was told that someone would be with us in 20 minutes. It was now 11.30pm ( so half an hour later then we originally thought) but given that the airport wasn't busy we expected to be met quicker than that. I would use Simply Park again."
