"The drop off was really easy. There is a stand right there by the lifts and a signature is that was needed to get on my way. The return was reasonable considering that I was early. The car was delivered at the time I had asked for. However the M4 was closed due to an accident which I was told about, but the operator did not say that I could still get to the M25 on the M4 exit from the airport, since that part was still open. I went instead to Terminal 5 to access the M25 but it was an unnecessarily long way round. A little more information would really have helped. Overall a good service."
