"Website when booking said 10-15 transfer, and then confirmation said 15-20 min transfer . If you are waiting for other bookings it can be more like 20-25 minutes. Also it’s not completely self park as I had assumed, someone will park your car, however that is still within the multi story. From beginning of November there is £5 per car fee when you get dropped off/picked up at the airport, so will be interesting if they include this in the price when you first book. Would potentially consider another parking supplier next time as the overall package isn’t quite as competitive as first seemed. Staff were very friendly so can’t fault that at all. "
