"Arrived at T5 and had no waiting around for driver which was great! On returning, I called number given and proceeded to arranged collection point and seem to have to wait for 10-15 mins until car arrived back but not too much of a problem. Would question if the person returning my car was a smoker as my car smelt of cigarette smoke? Not that I am suggesting they did in my car! Overall though pleased with service."

"The drop off and collection all worked very well, on my return to Heathrow a call was put through as per the instructions, I was advised the car would be at the collection point within 10 minutes and indeed it was. I found the operation very well managed and handled in a professional and courteous manner. "
