"Arrival process was trouble free however the pick up process was not so smooth. Firstly we were kept waiting for the car to be returned. After 16 hours travelling the family were keen to just get home so I was unfortunately distracted. When the car did turn up, the drivers foot well and door sills were very muddy. Then to cap it all when I got home I discovered a large scratch/ scuff on the front bumper. I have raised a complaint but am not hopeful as I didn't notice or raise it at the time of pick up. If I were to use a meet and greet service again, which is not likely, I would take pictures of the car at drop off, and undertake a FULL inspection of it on pick up. "
