"Upon arrival I called the number provided, and proceeded as instructed to look out for the man in a green hi vis jacket, when I found one he said it wasn't them then phone up again the person spoke with the green jacket man who made a a phone call to their office but again he told me it wasn't their business he was drive and fly and not executive drive fly, called up the person again and passed on the phone to green vis man once again, after which he said ok I'll help you, I had to fill out a basic slip as they didn't have my slip printed because I had booked the same day. I was one step away from getting very cross, it took about 10-15 mins to sort out. On the plus side i forgot my suitbag in the car which the driver brought over into the security area. Which made me feel very happy. Good service there. Cheers "
