"The service was very convenient as you just turn up at the airport and hand your car over, no driving to a car park miles from the airport and catching a bus to the terminal. But the signage could be a bit bigger and better and the instructions clearer, we followed the instructions on our return and found we were on the wrong floor. Also the staff seem a bit rushed having too many tasks to do so there was little if any time to discuss handover or read the small print/receive any information or advice. Al being said we have recommended the service to two of our friends as being so much quicker and convenient. Regards Mr & Mrs Carter, Kent."
