"While the arrival and departure procedures worked well, it was upsetting to find a new dent on the passenger door and window on same door scratched. I appreciate that my car already had several dents and is old. However, it is still important that vehicles are looked after whilst in your care. For this reason, I will not be recommending your service to others. Had my car been new(er) I would have been extremely upset that your organisation didn't have the courtesy to let me know about this. Maybe you should do a vehicle check on drop off like other organisations do, to ensure any damage that happens while the vehicle is with you, is advised to the customer and paid for."
