"Generally a good service. We arrived early at Heathrow for the flight out. We phoned ahead to say that traffic was lighter than expected and they responded well so that we did not have to wait to hand over the car. The journey back was similar. The meet location was chnahed from the original but this was sorted out with a couple of phone calls."
