"I was very impressed with the text messages both before drop off and when we landed back at Heathrow. I was particularly pleased that we did not have to wait for the car to be delivered back to us, but found it there already waiting. I find it so depressing after a flight, to have to stand around waiting for one's car to be delivered, so I was very grateful to find it there already."
