"We used your service at T3 Heathrow recently and were generally very pleased. Our only quibble is that the instruction to arrive at row A on the third floor, park and a representative would be there didn't work at all for us and as we were running late anyway threw us into a blind panic. It was simply that we parked at one end of the row and the lift area where the rep was was at the other end of the row but completely invisible from where we parked. We couldn't see anyone and find anyone in the nearby lift area so started searching other levels in case of a mistake. The solution would be a simple map of the terminal drop-off area/row on the instructions not just 'park in row A'. But otherwise very pleased."
