"Brilliant way to travel! Drop your car off, no hassle- then straight through to departure. On the way back, waited a little longer than we thought, but it was nice to feel the cold air after traveling. All staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this way to fly. Thank you all at T5 Heathrow "
