"Arrived at Heathrow Terminal 3 parked the car guy was there waiting all very quick and easy very good experience. On our return called once we got our baggage and we were told 20-30 minutes turned out we waited an hour, that's far too long to wait on your return from holiday with suitcases and bags, to be fair it was busy at Heathrow but an hour is too long. Will use again when we fly in December and see how that goes! Overall value for money for what we paid and arrival process was very good, just sort the return problems out and it will be an excellent service!"
