"All was fine with the entry process - but the exit was very frustrating. We rang when we were told to, having collected our luggage, and were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. It was 45 minutes. With tired children, the extra 25-30 minutes were very long. We have had this problem before, so will hesitate to book again or even recommend without letting people know about the likely delay, particularly if it is a long haul flight."
