"Poor service when arriving as no rep available to check the car. Confusion over collection told that it will take around 20 mins to return the car, but after 40 mins they then found our car was already in a parking space and had been delivered 2mins after our first call, but nobody was aware that the car had been delivered. They agreed to pay the parking costs for us to be able to exit the car park. Car was very muddy and generally dirty, but in general they provide a similar service to all others. Given all of these problems I would if need must still use this company again, costs were reasonable. "
