"Clear instructions made for easy departure and arrival. Only 2 criticisms of whole process was there were a few more miles on the clock than was expected so the car park was about 7 miles from the airport drop off. Also you get “penalised” for making any changes to a booking despite booking online then correcting a date entered 10 mins before we had to pay a booking amendment fee...not sure who it had affected at that point as it was all done online late at night! Apart from that staff were friendly and helpful."
