"I was not impressed; I could not get an answer from any of the phone numbers provided for the pick up of my car. This meant when I walked over to the pick up point I had to find someone, not easy, and then had to wait 15 mins for my car to arrive. When it did arrive it was very dirty. I will not be using you again."
