"All good on arrival before holiday. After landing we followed all instructions to the letter but our car was not left in the area of the car park (or within sight of the area) we had been told it would be. It took us 45 minutes and three phone calls before we were able to locate it. The men who had the keys were not wearing uniforms that made it clear that they were from Simply Park and although they had seen that we were there obviously waiting, did not approach us. Not what we expect from "Meet and Greet" and not what we have experienced before with other similar companies."
