"Very fast and efficient, instructions were really clear of where to go in the carpark, parking and the desk. Didn’t have to wait long to be served as only one person in front. Only thing I can critique is previously when I have used similar services, the person has done a car inspection to check for any marks before I left the car and when I picked up along with a mileage check. This didn’t happen. I had personally taken photos of my car, mileage and checked for bumps and marks on pick up and did not see anything at all but wonder what would have happened had I noticed something. "
