"Generally an excellent service from booking on-line, instructions & drop off. Went slightly wrong on collection as a result of a change to the Terminal & despite making the change online & telling a member of staff on 2 occasions, the car still went to the wrong Terminal. It was rectified fairly quickly but did result in a 35 minute wait. Otherwise all good."
