"Honestly just so impressed. They even kindly called on both occasions to check in on timing - which was so reassuring knowing they were poised and ready to collect our car and drop off. We were out of Heathrow Terminal 2 in 20 minutes from customs, just as promised on the phone. Cars left in immaculate condition. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and again. "
