"The directions could have been a little better on arrival. People like exact wording to road signs when trying to find places especially when they are about to go on holiday when peoples stress levels are heightened. The staff albeit very curtious acted like we should know what the system is and unless you'd used the service before you didn't. Coming home was very seamless. We got a call when we were awaiting our baggage and the car was ready when we arrived at the parking. Overall a great job "
