"This is the second time I have used your service and I was disappointed with the service on my arrival. I called as agreed when I collected my baggage and was told to go to the meeting point on level 3. I went and when the car hadn't arrived after 30 minutes I called only to find I was on the wrong level of the car park. When I dropped the car I only had to take one lift and lost my bearings on the return. I feel it would have been appropriate for the person handing back the keys to contact me if he hadn't seen me to ensure I was in the right place. When I realised I was in the wrong level I went up to level 3 section A as told but my car wasn't there, nor was there an operative from Simply Park so I had to call again to be told I had to go back to the lift area to and speak to one of the people there who would have my car key ( I spotted the car in section B by the way). I appreciate that you have hundreds of customers (as I was told on the telephone) but sometimes people get disoriented or go to the wrong place so it would have been helpful to have a call to check I was in the right place instead of assuming that I wasn't ready for the car. I had travelled in from Lagos and got up at 5am to make my flight so I was tired which is why I didn't realise where I was. Also the last time I used you I was travelling from Terminal 2 so it was different. I didn't feel the person on the telephone was very helpful or customer friendly and it has made me think twice about using you in the future. The last trip I would have given you 4 and 5 stars. This one not so much."
