"The process of leaving the car was so smooth and seamless. I lost the paper with a phone number given to me on leaving the car. On my return, I simply made my way to the drop off desk, gave my details and my car was delivered in less than 10minutes. Staff were friendly and courteous. Would definitely use again. "
