"Drop off was smooth due to clear directions when booking. Collection was a bit slow and we had to wait 25 minutes for our car. Our flight did arrive 15 minutes early but we rang as soon as we landed (no luggage). The car was as we left it, nothing missing and the radio stations hadn't been altered (this happened with a different company previously)"
